The bill (Reg. No.8385) improves legislative regulation in the sphere of control over the use and protection of land. Namely, the suggested amendments to the Laws "On State Control over the Use and Protection of Lands" and "On Protection of Lands" specify personnel and authorities of control bodies in this sphere. The bill specifies mechanism of recovery of expenses sustained by the agricultural producers caused by the measures to increase fertility of soil, normatives in the sphere of soil fertility restoration, etc.
